TA·ZA is currently offered exclusively as whole bean as an intentional choice to preserve freshness, aroma, and the full expression of each coffee. Grinding just before brewing helps maintain the integrity of the flavor profile, ensuring a more vibrant and balanced cup.

While ground coffee may be introduced in the future, our focus today is on delivering the best possible experience from the moment the coffee is brewed.

How should I store my coffee?

Store your coffee in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Keep the bag sealed after each use to help preserve freshness and aroma.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 6:00 AM EST generally ship on the following business day, excluding holidays, severe weather, or operational interruptions.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping within the continental United States on orders over $99. The $99 threshold is calculated after discounts are applied and does not include sales tax.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been processed and received by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking update by email.
