At TA·ZA, we roast and ship with freshness, care, and efficiency in mind.

Processing & Shipping Schedule

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and severe weather interruptions. Our roastery is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Orders placed after 6:00 AM EST will generally ship on the following business day, excluding holidays, weather-related delays, or other operational interruptions.

Because coffee is a time-sensitive product and freshness matters deeply to us, our roast and fulfillment schedule may occasionally be adjusted to ensure your order is shipped as fresh as possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and received by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking update.

If it has been more than 7 days since your order was placed and you have not received a tracking update, please contact us at:

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on your order and destination.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to change the shipping method, as shipping is selected and paid for securely during checkout.

Please review your shipping selection and delivery details carefully before completing your purchase.

Free Shipping

Enjoy complimentary shipping within the continental United States on orders over $45.

Please note:

Complimentary shipping eligibility is determined by the product subtotal before any discounts are applied. Taxes, shipping fees, and other additional charges are not included in the qualifying amount.

Complimentary shipping is available exclusively for delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery Delays

We take care to prepare and ship each order as promptly as possible. Estimated delivery timelines are provided by the carrier and may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, TA·ZA is not responsible for delays that may occur in transit.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

TA·ZA is not responsible for orders that are delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Rerouted, Held, or Unclaimed Packages

TA·ZA is not responsible for packages that are rerouted and not delivered.

If a package is shipped to a carrier access point, hold location, pickup point, or similar facility and is not picked up within the allotted carrier timeframe, TA·ZA is not responsible for reshipping, replacing, or refunding the order.

If a package is returned to our roastery because it was undeliverable, refused, unclaimed, or affected by an address-related issue not caused by TA·ZA, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping, handling, and retrieval fees before reshipping the order.
